In a large bowl, mix the oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken wings and mix until combined.
Add the brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and fish sauce to a small sauce pot. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened and remove from the heat.
Grill the chicken wings for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Keep them close together to maximize moisture.
Toss 1/3 cup of the sauce with the cooked chicken wings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime slices and extra sweet chili thai sauce.
